Property Listing & Advertising:

Property to be offered for sale will be advertised in the Seneca Journal Tribune for three consecutive weeks prior to the sale in the name of the defaulting taxpayer, defined by the South Carolina statutes as the owner of record on December 31st of the year preceding the taxable year.

Properties listing also available in hard copy format at the Delinquent Tax Office at a cost of $.25 per page.

Properties on the Tax Sale List can be viewed below, downloaded and/or printed here, or viewed on this GIS Map.

The 2024 Tax Sale was held on November 18, 2024.
The 2025 Delinquent Tax Sale is scheduled for October 27, 2025.
The list of properties will be available online and in the local paper three weeks before the sale date.
Online and in-office bidder registration will be available 1 week before the sale date.
