Property to be offered for sale will be advertised in the Seneca Journal Tribune for three consecutive weeks prior to the sale in the name of the defaulting taxpayer, defined by the South Carolina statutes as the owner of record on December 31st of the year preceding the taxable year.
Properties listing also available in hard copy format at the Delinquent Tax Office at a cost of $.25 per page.

| This will be a live auction, must be present to bid. Bidder representatives are allowed but must be registered prior to bidding. | |
| Online and In-office bidder registration will begin on Friday, October 17, 2025. | |
| Online registration will be available until 11:45 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2025. | |
| In-office registration will be available until 1:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025. | |
| The list of properties will be online and in local paper on October 8, 2025, three weeks prior to the sale. | |
