If you wish the Committee to consider accepting your private road into the County Road System, complete this form and email, along with all appropriate documents, to the Clerk to Council for consideration on the next agenda.

**It is the applicant's responsibility to supply supporting documentation for the road and not Oconee County's responsibility to research documents, survey or perform other activities to determine the type of roadway. This application must be complete in order to be considered for county maintenance. It is the Transportation Committee's decision whether or not to accept a road after all information is submitted.**
